AI took their jobs. Now they get paid to make it sound human

This is about: AI took their jobs. Now they get paid to make it sound human

A bleak and informative look a the effects of AI in copyrighting. I found this quote from the CTO of Undetectable AI, which is trying to make it harder to detect AI content, interesting: "When the automobile was first introduced in an era of horses and carts, people reacted like this was the end of days. But society always adapts". I'm living in the US, where we've built much of our infrastructure around cars. To my eyes, the decision to build infrastructure around that innovation has harmed both our society and our climate over the long term, so I think the analogy might be more apt and less favorable than this CTO intends.
